Graphene oxide for concrete, precast and mortars

Graphene oxide is tested in cement-based materials for strength and durability at very low additions. Our GO dispersion goes in with the mixing water or your admixture; our GO powder premixes into dry mortars.

APPLICATIONS · CONCRETE

What can graphene improve in concrete?

01

Strength at lower cement content

Maintain target strength while reducing cement content and its associated CO2 emissions.

03

Durability

Reduce permeability and investigate improved resistance to cracking and freeze–thaw damage.

02

Early strength

Improve early strength development in low-clinker and alternative cementitious binders.

04

Strength at lower density

Explore higher strength at the same density in aerated concrete.

These are potential performance benefits, evaluated in your own formulation against your existing reference mix.

PRODUCTS

WORKING WITH US

A first trial

01

Plan the trial

You pick a reference mix and the properties that matter, such as compressive and flexural strength.

02

Run the trial

We supply our graphene for three concentration levels, with handling guidance.

03

Review together

Together we review and compare the results against the reference and plan the next steps.
