Our Products

Jälle Technologies develops graphene-based materials derived from Li-ion battery recycling waste. We upcycle graphite-rich residues into graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO). These are high-performance materials designed for demanding industrial applications.

Our materials offer a low-concentration additive alternative to conventional filler materials, delivering electrical, mechanical, and other functional properties while significantly reducing reliance on mined graphite and hazardous chemicals during production. Designed for scalability, Jälle’s products support innovation across coatings, advanced composites, construction materials, and electronics.

Graphene-based materials are typically effective at very low loadings, often ranging from 0.01% to 2% by weight, depending on the application and formulation. At these levels, they can deliver measurable improvements in mechanical strength, conductivity, barrier performance, or durability without significantly altering processing methods, weight, color or cost of the final product.
