Building alignment, deepening team spirit, and enjoying a well-deserved seaside sauna near Haapsalu.
We recently took time as the founding team of Jälle Technologies to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what really matters: aligning on our commercialisation strategy and strengthening our team spirit.
Over two intensive days by the sea near Haapsalu, we dug deep into how we want to bring our advanced battery recycling solutions to market. We had open, honest discussions about our goals, challenges, and how to build a clear, unified plan for partnerships, funding, and scaling. The peaceful seaside setting helped us see the big picture and get on the same page.
And of course, going to a sauna out on the sea was just what was missing from our decent kick-off—a perfect way to unwind, share laughs, and reconnect as people. It reminded us why we’re on this journey together: to create real impact, innovate boldly, and help build a sustainable, circular future for battery materials.
