Jälle Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Erki Ani as Chief Executive Officer. Erki brings extensive experience in cleantech innovation, investment, and scaling impact-driven startups. His leadership will focus on advancing the company’s mission to enable a circular battery economy through sustainable, high-efficiency recycling solutions.
As CEO, Erki will focus on scaling Jälle Technologies’ cutting-edge recycling technologies, strengthening industry partnerships, and securing investment to commercialize solutions for critical material recovery. His leadership is set to advance the company’s mission of enabling a sustainable, circular economy for battery materials while reducing reliance on imported raw materials.

A specialist in energy storage and carbon-based materials with over 15 years of experience, Kerli leads the development of Jälle Technologies’ recycling processes. Her work has focused on critical material recovery and graphite upcycling, supported by numerous international research projects.
Martin Jantson, MSc – Hydrometallurgical Engineer
Martin brings deep expertise in developing and optimizing hydrometallurgical processes for critical material recovery. He ensures the company’s solutions deliver high-purity outputs ready for industrial use.
Reio Praats, MSc – R&D Manager
Reio coordinates research and experimental development, with a background in battery recycling and graphite valorization. His academic training in chemistry and materials science supports the creation of efficient, scalable recycling solutions.
